Located at 272 Main Street in Winnipeg, MB. This Heritage building is located in the downtown core. It is an affordable residential building with 2 commercial spaces on the main level and just steps away from Portage and Main, Winnipeg Square, and The Forks.
02- Residential
Carriage Works Lofts
Located at 216 Princess Street, in Winnipeg MB next door to Red River College Polytech. This affordable residental complex is 3 amalgomated structures housing 77 affordable apartment units. The left and middle structures are old warehouses which were converted into apartments, and commercial space on the main level. The structure to the right is a newly constructed buildng that is 6 storey's high with apartments and commercial space on the main level.
