It started with a love for real estate that grew from agricultural roots, Mark Buleziuk bought his first building in Winnipeg in 2001 . From there he and his wife Shelley have accumulated a portfolio of buildings that has evolved into a family business.

Today Space 2 is a boutique real estate development firm, with a residential focus and a continued drive to be a part of the revival of downtown Winnipeg.
